Century Home Restoration

This 1,200-square-foot century home underwent a comprehensive renovation that preserved its historic character while introducing contemporary performance and livability.

A defining element of the project is the adaptive reuse of the property’s former windmill tower. Once strictly utilitarian, the tower has been structurally reinforced and reconfigured as an elevated sun deck. This transformation provides a unique outdoor room with panoramic views, seamless indoor–outdoor connection, and a striking architectural focal point that honors the site’s history while expanding its functionality.
