Pool Addition

This 5,500-square-foot pool addition expands the home with a dramatic interplay between structure, water, and landscape. The design centers on a new master suite that projects outward in a bold cantilever directly above the pool, creating a floating effect that enhances privacy while framing uninterrupted views.

The vertical tower element was designed to capture exceptional long-range views. Its elevated vantage point provides a distinct retreat space, connecting occupants with the surrounding environment while serving as a sculptural counterpoint to the horizontal spread of the pool deck.

Together, the cantilevered suite, the pool, and the view tower form an integrated architectural composition—one that merges structural expression, indoor–outdoor living, and site-responsive design into a cohesive expansion of the home.
